The Corporate Diversity and Inclusion Forum (CDIF) is committed to leading efforts that promote and enhance diversity and inclusion performance in the financial services sector.  The CDIF will work stridently with its members, policymakers and stakeholders to develop and promote diversity and inclusion best practices through conferences and forums, on-campus educational engagement, public policy engagement and communication efforts that foster greater understanding among stakeholders.

The CDIF provides a forum for Business Leaders, Chief Diversity Officers (CDOs) and Diversity Practitioners of financial services firms to develop comprehensive strategies that enhance diversity and inclusion performance and raises awareness of those efforts among industry stakeholders.

Collaboration, Partnership and Dialogue

Innovation and collaboration are critical to the future success of the financial services sector. Through conferences and forums, on-campus educational outreach, public policy engagement, corporate social responsibility campaigns and communication efforts, the CDIF unifies all stakeholders to focus on and achieve common goals and outcomes.

 

 
 

CDIF GOALS

  • Amplify the visibility of the significant investment firms are making to achieve a more diverse workforce, a more inclusive work environment, to engage diverse suppliers and to support all segments of the US retail community.

  • Advocate for sound bipartisan public policy (legislative and regulatory) that does not impede recruitment and retention efforts, access to capital, retail client engagement and/or require unnecessary disclosures of proprietary business data.

  • Enhance the cultural perceptions of the financial services sector among policymakers, the public, industry stakeholders and the future workforce.

  • Host conferences and forums designed to enhance collaboration among all industry stakeholders.

  • Develop and promote best practices that will advance diversity and inclusion performance in the sector.

  • Provide a forum for collaboration among Chief Diversity Officers and Human Resource practitioners.
